THE OPPORTUNITY: 
Davis Martindale is one of the most recognizable accounting firms in Southwestern Ontario. For over 50 years, we have proudly served and responded to the needs of our clients.

We currently have an open position for an individual to join our Accounting and Assurance team as a Manager.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:  
·     You will review financial statements prepared by other team members
·     You will ensure Canadian accounting and assurance standards are met on all engagements
·     You will provide oversight and guidance on the preparation of corporate and personal tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance
·     You will effectively manage all assigned client relationships
·     You will take an active role in leading our accounting & assurance team and will be accountable for the success of the team
 
REQUIREMENTS:  
·     A CPA designation with 5+ years of public practice experience
·     Strong auditing background
·     A high measure of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively within the firm and with clients
·     An in-depth knowledge and execution of Canadian reporting standards
·     The ability to understand accountability and take ownership of your work
